Do you want to take the first step towards a future in managerial and administrative roles? Our T-level Management and Administration Level 3 course will arm you with real-world experience and the core knowledge and skills needed to progress into the world of management.

The T-level qualification combines learning in the classroom with gaining ‘on-the-job’ experience. Our two-year management course will teach you core knowledge in a variety of areas. In the first year, known as the CORE year, you will gain knowledge in Business context, People, Finance, Project management, Change management, Business behaviour and quality and compliance. You’ll undertake different tasks and projects which will help you towards your exams. This will require you to combine your classroom studies and your self-studies to unlock your full potential.

In your second year, you will go on to specialise in Team leadership and management and study in more depth. We will focus on leading, managing and developing teams and individuals, building relationships, operational management, decision making, project management and governance and compliance. You will gain a further understanding of different management concepts and how to apply these to real life situations.

You’ll also be required to undertake an industry placement for 315 hours. This is 45 days where you’ll learn your preferred area of Business and gain experience from professionals in the work place. You’ll undertake the full process, from application to working.

This course is about gaining both the academic skills and the industry experience.
