A job at City College Norwich, Easton College or Paston College comes with lots of added benefits in addition to the salary.
Our staff are enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS). Support staff contribute between 5.5% to 12.5% and academic staff 7.4% to 11.7%.
Teaching staff receive 42 days, academic managers 37 days, administrative managers 35 days and support staff 26 days. All increasing annually to 31 days after five years and 32 days after 10 years.

Staff have access to our on-site nursery at City College Norwich.
Staff who use computers are provided with Specsavers vouchers to cover the cost of an eye test. There are also discounts available on selected range of glasses.
Cycle Schemes allow staff to purchase bikes through salary sacrifice. The full cost of the bike is then split across 12/18 payments and deducted from the gross salary.
Staff can access discount breakdown cover with the RAC. This also includes electric vehicles.
For a small monthly payment, staff and their families can access private consultations and treatment, as well as physiotherapy and other wellbeing advice to supplement NHS services.
Staff can gain free entry to English Heritage sites and access a range of fitness and sporting activities for individuals and groups.
Access to free trials and discounts on membership costs for staff working in education.
Staff have access to our on-site cafes, training restaurants and hair and beauty salons at a discounted rate.
