Specialist Facilities
Our College has outstanding facilities that are designed to help you expand your interests and prepare for life after college.
All of our Creative Arts students are taught in our 5.7m award-winning Creative Arts Building which contains state-of-the-art workshops and studios. Students have access to industry-standard facilities and materials and are taught and supported by industry experts and established artists.
Unforgettable Experiences
Just as practicing creative artists do, our students work collaboratively across multiple subjects including observational and life drawing, 3d modelling, ceramics, textiles, photography, print and dye, moving image, and digital. There are also opportunities to network with industry professionals to get an insight into the sector and develop your skills as a practitioner.
You will be challenged to take risks in order to develop outstanding work. You will also work on ‘live’ projects with local and national employers that will give you an exceptional experience of real work.
Outstanding Progression
Our students progress onto some of the most competitive university level creative arts courses in the country at art schools including Norwich University of the Arts, Central Saint Martins, The Glasgow School of Art and London College of Fashion.
The experience of working on ‘live’ projects with employers, making industry contacts, and development of a professional approach to their practice, means that you will also be extremely well placed for employment, self-employment and Apprenticeship opportunities.
