Let us know if your contact details change
If you change any of your contact details, please log into your Learner Hub account where you can update these. If you are unable to change via your account, please contact Admissions on 01603 773008 or admissions@ccn.ac.uk, so we can ensure your record is fully up to date.
We also required updates to any other changes to the information provided when you applied, such as next of kin details, which we need to keep up-to-date for all of our students. You can contact Admissions if you need to change your listed contacts.
If you do not inform us of changes to your personal details this may affect you receiving information from us regarding your application.
Keep up to date with the latest from college
After you have applied to study with us, we will send you letters and emails about your application together with news and updates about things that are happening at college.
We will provide you with all of the information you need to complete the application process smoothly. We also aim to help you get off to the best possible start to your time as a City College Norwich student.
- Our Open Events and interview/taster days should give you a really good idea of what to expect from your time at college.
- We will also send you email updates about life at the college, to give you more of a feel for what it is like studying with us.

If you use Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, follow the college for a great way to keep up-to-date with the latest goings-on. Many of our course areas also have an active social media presence, which will give you an even better idea of all the great opportunities you have to look forward to.

Don't miss our updates
Some of our communications to you will be via email, using the email address you provided when you applied.
If you haven't heard from us in a while it may be that these emails are going to your junk or spam email folder. Do check for this and add us to your 'safe sender' list if required.
