For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 the joint data controllers are City College Norwich, a school of secondary education, the address for which is City College Norwich, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR2 2LJ and Norfolk Academies (the multi-academy trust); Norfolk Academies is a private limited company by guarantee without share capital use of 'Limited' exemption in England and Wales, registered number 07946986 and address C/O CCN, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR2 2LJ.

The college is part of the Transforming Education in Norfolk (TEN) Group and uses Norfolk Educational Services Limited, which is another member of the Group, to undertake certain administrative and support functions on its behalf. The function of marketing and managing this website is undertaken on the College’s behalf by Norfolk Educational Services.

2. What information we collect via this website

The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence, details of any purchases made through this website (“Personal Information”) will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of the services available on our website such as submitting a form, sending an email, subscribing to an email list or making a purchase.
